Teacher Training is an integral part of imparting knowledge to children from various backgrounds; this makes a school successful. Uniformity and applied understanding of students is necessary in the effective implementation of classroom teaching. To empower every teacher we believe that both rich subject area knowledge and an understanding of how to teach are necessary.
Our approach to Teacher Training is school-specific; various factors determine the area of focus required to provide adequate support and training to teachers.
We evaluate the school, its needs and propose a comprehensive training pattern based on requirements. Inspiring and Motivating children is of paramount importance and in order to achieve that we focus on how to teach, what to teach, how to learn, how to design instructions, and the process to engage parents.
