Every child is a Brainiac [an exceptionally intelligent person] in his / her own way. We need to find their talent and nurture them in order to make them extraordinary citizens to be a light and guide the future generations. Talent is not hereditary it is something they are born with. We at Brainiacs Bee strive to identify these talents with the personality of a Bee [which is to show stronger willingness and desire to seek adventure] and provide them the support by realizing their talent, guiding and nourishing these Brainiacs.
Our programs are designed by experts; which helps us in identifying the hidden talents of children and provides them a path to excel in their own way. We believe that School is a place where children are allowed to be themselves and experiment in various ways, which is our ulterior motive.
At our partner school’s we plan to implement a curriculum which will result in the holistic development of a child. We implement a few processes at our institutions to identify children’s forte and develop their skills.
Our Integrated Approach to the curriculum was born out of a desire to bring change and create anew. By applying this in our curriculum right from kindergarten we desire to achieve our goal. It is all about providing them with endless ways and opportunities to express themselves and they become collectively responsible for their future choices.
Teachers are said to be second parents of children, indeed it is true and in our system of education teacher acts not only as an instructor but as a co-learner and collaborator of ideas along with the child.
A vital aspect of our Integrated Approach to Curriculum is Individual Support Proramme [ISP] which describes the support that will be provided to students to maximize independence and participation in all activities and to achieve personal goals of the student requiring support. It includes a comprehensive, student-centered plan that sets out the support and actions to be taken for each student.
In the Primary years of learning; hands on activity gives them an opportunity to explore new ideas and fail at a few, which will teach them a lesson to prune their ideas in future. Hence we follow the system of Activity based leaning in all aspects of education.
We also have extensive Teacher’s Training Program for the same which will enable them to realize the child’s talent, guide and nourish them.
